Precautions for welding cone plate to cylinder drill
1. The opening width of the cylinder wall should be appropriate when just put into the tooth palm or the base, and not leave too much gap; The opening depth of the drum wall should ensure that the welded roller exposes about 1/2 of the drum wall. 2. Do not mix different specifications of roller; The installation sequence of the roller should follow the principle of positive and negative alternation as much as possible.
3. Ensure that the level of the roller is consistent; Outward inclined rim teeth cutting directly consistent; The cutting diameters of inwardly inclined rim teeth are consistent; Regardless of height or horizontal direction, protruding will be damaged in advance; In the method of cylinder wall positioning, the distance between the center of the edge tooth is measured and the error caused by the cylinder ellipse is subtracted. Keep the smallest broken torus as far as possible, no less than the recommended value, no more than 120mm.
4. When welding, follow the principle of tilting the cone to the back side of the palm, not to the top side of the wheel, to avoid premature wear of the palm tip.
5. During welding, the cone should be immersed in water as far as possible, and welding reinforcement in turn after spot welding positioning. Welding at the site can be cooled by the combination of flowing water and wet cloth wrapping, focusing on cooling the joint of tooth tooth and cone to avoid the failure of sealing ring or bearing lubrication system caused by high temperature.
